Refund Policy — Nourished by Naomi
Because Nourished by Naomi provides meal planning, preparation, and related nourishment services, and any food items are perishable and provided in connection with those services, physical returns of food items are not accepted.
However, we are committed to providing a thoughtful and positive experience and will always address issues appropriately.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If you receive an item that is:
Damaged
Defective
Incorrect
Or otherwise compromised upon delivery

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging
If the issue is verified, we may offer, at our discretion:
A replacement item
A refund to the original payment method
Store credit
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our offerings, the following items are non-returnable:
Perishable food items
Opened or consumed items
Custom or personalized meal preparations
Sale items
Gift cards
We are unable to accept physical returns of food items for safety and quality reasons.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If an approved issue qualifies for a replacement, it will be handled directly by Nourished by Naomi without requiring a return of food items.
European Union Customers
If an order is shipped into the European Union, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws.
However, this right does not apply to perishable food items once delivery has occurred, except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect delivery.
