SERVICE AGREEMENT — NOURISHED BY NAOMI

(Service-Specific Agreement)

Private Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs participation in meal planning, preparation, and related support services offered by Nourished by Naomi (“Provider”). This Agreement applies specifically to service engagement and is separate from the website’s general Terms of Service.

By requesting, scheduling, or participating in services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below.

Nature of Services

Nourished by Naomi provides meal planning, preparation guidance, and nourishment-related services intended to support individuals seeking assistance with food selection, preparation, and general wellness-aligned nourishment.

Services may include:

• Meal planning guidance

• Food preparation support

• Prepared food provided as a complimentary component of service participation

• General nourishment support based on preferences provided by the participant

Services are not retail food sales and are provided within the context of a private service relationship.

Voluntary Participation

Participation in services is entirely voluntary.

Nothing in this Agreement requires you to request, purchase, or continue services. You may discontinue participation at any time, subject to any scheduling or preparation commitments already agreed upon.

Kitchen & Preparation Disclosure

Food preparation may occur in a private kitchen environment that is not a licensed or routinely inspected commercial facility.

While not a commercial kitchen, Nourished by Naomi maintains internal standards of cleanliness, sourcing, and handling practices consistent with its service philosophy.

By participating in services, you acknowledge and accept this disclosure.

No Medical or Dietary Advice

Services provided by Nourished by Naomi are not medical, nutritional, or therapeutic advice.

Provider does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Any decisions regarding health, diet, or nutrition remain your sole responsibility. You are encouraged to consult qualified professionals as needed.

Participant Responsibilities

You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for:

• Communicating known allergies or sensitivities

• Determining whether services are appropriate for your personal circumstances

• Reviewing ingredients or information provided

• Making informed decisions regarding participation

Assumption of Risk

You understand that food preparation and consumption involve inherent risks, including but not limited to allergic reactions, sensitivities, or individual adverse responses.

By participating in services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with:

• Consuming prepared foods

• Applying meal guidance

• Relying on information provided through the services

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nourished by Naomi, its trustees, operators, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in services or the consumption or use of any food or materials provided in connection with services.

Nothing in this Agreement limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Capacity to Contract

By requesting or participating in services, you affirm that you:

• Are of lawful age in your jurisdiction

• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a private agreement

• Are acting voluntarily and of sound mind

Private Contractual Relationship

This Agreement constitutes a private contractual relationship between you and Nourished by Naomi. Participation is based on mutual consent and voluntary agreement.

Reservation of Rights

Nourished by Naomi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at its discretion.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nourished by Naomi is administered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Acknowledgment

By requesting or participating in services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Service Agreement.
